Three services. One tool: RedKey USB. Windows and Linux first, with room to expand later. Personal data you still need has to be copied off before the device reaches Riverside.

Windows and Linux desktops, laptops, and servers. Internal and external drives that can be attached to a computer we can boot with RedKey.
We are serving Windows and Linux first. iOS, Android, and macOS are not accepted yet — ask before you haul a machine across town, and we will tell you if it is out of scope rather than improvise. A machine that will not power on, or firmware that refuses a USB boot, cannot be given a success record.

After the wipe, take the hardware home or surrender it. Surrendered equipment is routed into responsible recycling.
Say which outcome you want when you schedule. We will not scrap a machine you meant to keep, and we will not hand back a drive you asked us to retire. This is local e-waste handling for Jacksonville, not a claim that DataZeroOne holds a recycler’s certification.

RedKey USB Ultimate writes a PDF during the wipe: disk, method, date, time, result, a unique ID, and a digital signature.
The original home RedKey shows the result on screen. When you need a file to keep, the job is run on Ultimate. The report is produced on the RedKey system. It records the process. It is not a NIST, HIPAA, or GDPR certificate, and it does not by itself make an organization compliant.
RedKey follows Clear and Purge methods described in NIST SP 800-88 and records which method ran. A report can support the files you keep for GDPR or HIPAA. NIST does not certify the product, and the PDF is not a HIPAA or GDPR seal. Read the limits on Why RedKey and on RedKey’s own page.
The fee is quoted when you schedule. We accept Cash, Check, PayPal, Cash App, Chime. Card payment is available through PayPal or Stripe if you ask ahead of time so it can be arranged.
