Wait in confidence
RedKey boots from the USB instead of Windows or Linux. Its One-Go process sanitizes the raw storage — by overwrite, or by a command the drive itself supports — and shows whether the run succeeded.

Verified proof
You receive a local erasure record naming the disk, the method, the time, and the result. Pick the hardware up, or leave it for recycling. Plan on written confirmation within five business days.
What to bring
- The computer and the power adapter, or the loose drive.
- A note if the disk is encrypted, and the key if you have it.
- Payment, unless we already arranged a card.
- A clear yes on return versus recycling.
What we will not do
- Recover files, or store a copy of your data.
- Call an interrupted RedKey run a success.
- Install a new operating system for you.
- Treat a factory reset as a wipe, or use any tool other than RedKey.
If the machine will not boot the USB
Some firmware blocks external boot, and some drives reject the sanitization command. Tell us when you schedule if Secure Boot or a firmware password has been a problem. If RedKey cannot complete a verified run, you will hear that directly. There is no certificate for a wipe that did not finish.
Illegal content discovered in the course of the work is reported. That duty is legal and ethical, and it is not something we waive for a customer.
